Cancellation Policy
Policies:
Check-in time is from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Check-out time is 11am. Other times may be arranged in advance, based upon availability-there is a $10/hr charge.
There will be a $30/night charge added for any third person in a room.
There is a $10 cancellation fee for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the first day of the reservation. Reservations cancelled 2 to 7 days in advance of the first day of the reservation will be replaced with a gift certificate, which can be redeemed for a one night stay November through May, Sunday through Thursday. There is no compensation for cancellations made after noon two days prior to the first day of the reservation. There is no refund for early checkouts. Spa cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment or cost of the treatment will be charged in full.
Smoking is not allowed inside the building. Some dogs allowed based on size with a pet deposit. |
