Is our Chef inspired Breakfast, lunch and
dinner and will leave your palette dancing! Our Dinner menu is an
incredible five course tasting menu created by our Chef Nick,
who will make your taste buds dance! Our food is made with
only local high quality fresh ingredients including vegetables and
herbs organically grown on our on farm, culivated by Chef Nick
himself. Every dish is artfully presented in our dining room
surrounded by a magificent fireplace for ambiance. We have outdoor
seating available for those who want to be embraced by nature and
the fantastic views of the Saratoga Passage. The covered deck
has seating that allows even closer interaction with the gorgeous
scenery. Perhaps your desire is to privately dine in your room, we
are happy to accommodate. Our menu is intimate but very appealing to
all those seeking a truly delightful fine dining experience,
including those who are vegetarian and vegans Chef Nick will make
your palette very happy.
