The floor includes a large lounge space that can be used however your group prefers—enjoy it as a comfortable gathering space, set it up for private dining, play games, or simply relax and enjoy time together.

Step outside onto the large waterfront deck, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, take in the views, relax with friends, or watch the sunset over the water.

For added convenience, the Upper Floor includes a coffee machine, mini fridge, and microwave for drinks, snacks, and light meals. Access to the main kitchen is also available when the Lower Floor is not booked, giving your group the option to prepare full meals and enjoy the larger kitchen space.

You'll also have access to the property's beautiful shared outdoor spaces, including the waterfront garden, waterfront gazebo, beachfront firepit, lower-level waterfront patio, and beach access. Take a peaceful walk along the shore, gather around the firepit, or simply enjoy the waterfront with your favorite people.
